With offices in California and Maryland, Shannon Leahy Rosenbaum of Shannon Leahy Events plans and designs stunning weddings all over the world. Shannon has been named one of the top wedding and event planners in the world by Martha Stewart Weddings, Brides, and Harper's Bazaar Magazines.  

 

A Shannon Leahy wedding is characterized by clean line design, a carefully orchestrated flow and an incredible attention to every detail.  She is renowned for her ability to remain calm in stressful situations and is beloved for her candor and creativity.  Clients who come to Shannon for her keen eye for design, her wealth of wedding knowledge and her easygoing nature often become lifelong friends. Shannon feels so blessed to work with people during one of the most joyful times in their lives. She loves to see her Brides glide down the aisle, marking the beginning of the rest of their lives.

 

When she isn’t planning weddings with her fabulous team, she enjoys cooking, skiing, and dancing to the record player in her living room with her husband, Joe, sons, Guy & Miles and of course her dog, Bodie.

ELISE JOHNSON
MANAGING PARTNER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR

As the Managing Partner and Creative Director, Elise oversees all planning & design operations at the company.  An Emory graduate, Elise also has a Special Event and Meeting Management degree from NYU. Before coming to Shannon Leahy Events in 2013, Elise worked in entertainment and venue coordination.  Elise's creativity and taste are a driving force at the company and clients who work with her adore her direct approach and her sense of humor that makes everything fun.  Elise splits her time between Southern California and Northern California and is an integral part of the day to day management of SLE.

CAMDEN MOBLEY
SENIOR LEAD PLANNER

Camden began her events career in New York City at Calvin Klein, planning and organizing runway shows, press previews and private dinners for some of the most elite fashion editors and models in the world.  As our Senior Lead Planner, Camden coordinates details and production for many of our largest and most complex weddings.  Camden's sweet demeanor, grace under pressure and calm, confident approach make her invaluable to those lucky enough to have her as their Lead Planner.

CASSANDRA O'GARA
LEAD PLANNER

Cassandra has a long history in the wedding and events industry over the years and has worn many hats.  Most recently she was a catering and sales manager for Paula le Duc.  Before that Cassandra was a wedding planner who worked directly with clients leading projects in San Francisco and beyond.  Cassandra has a meticulous eye for detail and a warm personality that puts everyone around her at ease.

CHRISTINA MILNE
LEAD PLANNER

Christina Milne joined the SLE team in 2017 in San Francisco with a diverse background working in hospitality.  Christina is in charge of all planning, coordination and design for weddings and social private parties.  Her prior experience includes being a catering manager at one of the top SF catering firms and working in corporate events in the tech industry.  A New Orleans native, Christina is a professionally trained pastry chef who had a tenure in the kitchen at Blackberry Farm.

JAMIE COLBERT
EVENT PRODUCER

Jamie has a diverse background in the wedding industry.  Prior to joining Shannon Leahy Events she worked in floral/event production and bridal fashion in the San Francisco area. As event producer she partners with our Lead Planners to help produce some of our most complex and detailed weddings. Jamie ensures the best experience for not only our clients but also all vendors and partners involved in every wedding and is also probably cooler than you.

JULIA DUFFY
ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Julia Duffy handles all accounts payable and receivable in the office and has worked on-site with the SLE team since 2015.  Julia has a long background in hospitality with experience working in family offices and bookkeeping.

MARIANNE HEALOW
FLORAL OPERATIONS & DESIGN

A second generation florist, Marianne founded the SLE floral program and continues to support our floral team with her incredible organization skills, lifelong floral industry relationships and leadership.  The daughter of a San Francisco florist, Marianne started at SLE as an intern in 2012 before opening her own floral design studio.  Marianne splits her time between Miami and the Bay Area.  Her calm presence and floral talent set the tone for our clients events.

RACHEL WILL
OFFICE MANAGER

Rachel comes from the hospitality industry and has worked on-site with SLE since 2021.  Rachel's enthusiasm and organization skills keep our office humming and keeps us prepared for our events on-site.

TARA KRAMER 
EVENT PRODUCER

An East Coast resident,Tara has a long history in event planning with an education background.  Tara started at SLE in 2020 as a Guest Concierge and is now leading projects alongside the Founder.  Tara's dedication and stamina for executing perfect events in unmatched.   She is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients and for the team.

VICTORIA URQUHART
PRINCIPAL FLORAL DESIGNER

Victoria is third generation in the flower business. With a varied background in anthropology, fashion buying, and running her own floral business Victoria brings a well-rounded eye to event design. She is passionate about supporting local farmers and loves to find unique flowers that elevate each design. In her spare time, Victoria enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending as much time at the beach with her kids as she can.
