A Shannon Leahy wedding is characterized by clean line design, a carefully orchestrated flow and an incredible attention to every detail.  She is renowned for her ability to remain calm in stressful situations and is beloved for her candor and creativity.  Clients who come to Shannon for her keen eye for design, her wealth of wedding knowledge and her easygoing nature often become lifelong friends. Shannon feels so blessed to work with people during one of the most joyful times in their lives. She loves to see her Brides glide down the aisle, marking the beginning of the rest of their lives.


When she isn’t planning weddings with her fabulous team, she enjoys cooking, skiing, and dancing to the record player in her living room with her husband, Joe, sons, Guy & Miles and of course her dog, Bodie.

Splitting her time between Southern California and Northern California, as Lead Planner Elise is in charge of all planning, coordination and design for weddings and events.   An Emory graduate, Elise also has a Special Event and Meeting Management degree from NYU. Before coming to Shannon Leahy Events in 2013, Elise was an Account Manager at Entire Productions, an event entertainment booking agency as well as a wedding planner and site coordinator for the De Young and the Legion of Honor.








Marianne is a San Francisco native and second generation floral designer. She began her career as private events manager in fine dining restaurants, coordinating intimate gatherings and weddings to large corporate events. After moving full-time into the wedding world, she instantly fell in love with every aspect of event design. Marianne is thrilled to return to Shannon Leahy Events after 5 years running her own floral company, and can't wait to set your table!






Camden began her events career in New York City at Calvin Klein, planning and organizing runway shows, press previews and private dinners for some of the most elite fashion editors and models in the world. Camden also worked for the Council on Foreign Relations as an event coordinator where she worked on high profile corporate events involving speakers such as Hilary Clinton, Governor Chris Christie and Richard Haas.  As our Senior Planner, Camden coordinates details and production for many of our largest and most complex weddings and designs perfectly executes beautiful weddings for her clients.



Julia Duffy handles all accounts payable and receivable in the office and has worked on-site with the SLE team since 2015.  Julia has a long background in hospitality with experience working in family offices and bookkeeping.






Esther Chang joins the SLE team in San Francisco with a long background working in wedding planning and design.  Esther is in charge of all planning, coordination and design for events and specializes in destination productions.  Her prior experience includes being a planner for two of the top destination wedding planners in Los Angeles and working as a sales executive for a lifestyle design and rentals firm.  






Kyla has been a producer at Shannon Leahy Events since 2012.  Splitting her time between Washington DC and San Francisco, Kyla has an fabulous eye for design and an incredible attention to detail.  Kyla started in the wedding floral industry and ran her own wedding company before coming to SLE.
